My Story…

We lost a very special person on November 5, 2025. The Chatham Kent Hospice was amazing in his care in the last days of his life. The care he received was amazing and we felt comfortable and welcomed as we were visiting. We are so blessed to have such an end of life caring community. Thank you Chatham Kent Hospice!
