My Story…

My family and I will be doing Hike for Hospice in memory of my dad, Larry Meadows. He passed away at the Chatham-Kent Hospice on May 1st, 2025. Hospice provided care, comfort, understanding, relief, dignity and peace. We are so fortunate to have Hospice in our community. Please consider donating or sharing.
