Help Spencer raise money

Hiking in memory of my Nanny who passed away at Chatham Kent Hospice December of 2016. While I continue to miss her every day I do not see her passing as a sad memory. My family was able to gather together in her final days sharing memories of her 73 years on this planet. I will be forever grateful we had the opportunity to do this over a somber scene in a stoic hospital room. Chatham Kent Hospice provided us with such compassion, care, and support that I can only hope that other families can have the same opportunity in such a difficult time.
