We're hiking in loving memory of a close friend, to honour his life and the incredible care he received at Chatham-Kent Hospice. Their compassion, dignity and support meant everything to him and his loved ones during a difficult time. This hike is our way of giving back, raising awareness, and supporting the vital work they do for families in our community.
