My Story…
This year, our family is hiking for hospice in memory of Ken & Marie, amazing parents, parents-in-law, grandparents and great grandparents and siblings. They were gone too soon and we cherish their memory every day. We are thankful that Marie was able to spend her final hours at Chatham-Kent Hospice where she received amazing and compassionate care, and where we, her family, got to gather and share stories and memories as we said goodbye.
