This year I'm running the Hustle for the House 10K in support of Ronald McDonald House Charities, a cause that's deeply personal to our family.

When our son, Arbor, was born with a rare birth defect, we spent six weeks at the Alberta Children's Hospital while he received the care he needed. It was a difficult time, but it also opened our eyes to just how important Ronald McDonald House is for families facing a medical crisis. Not everyone has the privilege of living minutes away from a world class children's hospital. For many families, RMHC provides more than just a place to stay. It offers comfort, stability, and the chance to remain close to their child when every moment matters.

While we were fortunate to live nearby, we saw firsthand the difference RMHC makes for families who travel long distances for specialized care. That's why I'm running this year.
