We are husband and wife who have both received double-lung transplants at Baylor St. Luke’s Medical Center, we are walking to honor the donor heroes and families whose selfless gifts make the miracle of life possible. Every breath we take is a blessing made possible by our donor heroes/angel, and we are deeply grateful for the lives we have been given. Through this walk, we hope to raise greater awareness for organ donation while honoring the courage, love, and sacrifice of donor families everywhere.
