Help Jackie raise money

I have been battling migraine disease since I was a teen. In the last few years I was diagnosed with severe arthritis in my C2/C3 vertebrae, which triggers many of my migraines. 2 years ago I found Mind+ Neurology and I am so very thankful to the entire team for everything they have done to help lower my migraines each month, both in severity and quantity. Before Mind+, there were months where I would have as many as 23 migraine days. I currently have two preventatives (Botox and a monthly injection), three different abortive options for when I do get a migraine, and a muscle relaxer for my neck. Thanks to all of this, I am usually down to 10 or less migraines days a month! Please help me support The Medical College of Wisconsin and all of their work towards headache and migraine care.
