What is the Rainbow Bridge Run 2026?
A heartfelt and uplifting 5 KM & 10 KM walk/run in honor of the pets who have crossed the Rainbow Bridge. This all-ages, all-abilities event is a place of community, support, and remembrance — where stories are shared, tails wag, and love lives on.
Is this a timed event?
This is a non-competitive, untimed walk/run — because this day isn’t about speed, it’s about heart.
Rainbow Bridge Run is all about fun, remembrance, and honoring the pets who have crossed the Rainbow Bridge. Move at your own pace, walk or run, laugh and remember together.

Is there a medal?
There is no medal for this event, instead there will be a swag bag of goodies!
Is there a bag check?
There is no bag check for this event. Please leave your valuables at home.
Is there free, onsite parking?
Free onsite angle parking is available throughout the park along the park road for your convenience. Arrive early, park easily, and join us for a beautiful day of remembrance and community.
Will the event be cancelled due to weather?
Rainbow Bridge Run will go ahead rain, shine, or snow — as long as conditions are deemed safe.
In the case of severe weather (such as storms or extreme winds), the event may be delayed until conditions improve, postponed to another date, or canceled if necessary.
While we always aim to move forward, we reserve the right to adjust course components for safety, delay start times, postpone, or cancel the event. We may also cancel if required by the facility, municipality, or law enforcement.
Your safety — and the safety of our participants, volunteers, and furry friends — is always our top priority.
Is the race route wheelchair and stroller accessible?
We proudly design our events to be inclusive and welcoming to all abilities. Rainbow Bridge Run is for everyone — whether you roll, stroll, walk, or run.
Community, remembrance, and love have no limits.
Is there post race snacks?
Yes! FREE post-race snacks are available for all registered participants!
Enjoy granola bars, fresh fruit, and water to refuel after your walk/run.
Feeling extra hungry? We’ll also have a BBQ available for purchase!

Can my dog attend with me?
We LOVE animals and can’t wait to meet your best friend!
Dogs are absolutely welcome to join the fun — we just ask that they remain on leash at all times to ensure the safety and comfort of all our valued guests.
What does the race route terrain look like?
Our course is designed on fully paved pathways for a smooth and enjoyable experience!
The 5KM route is simple and fairly flat — perfect for walkers, families, and all fitness levels.
The 10KM route follows paved trails with mild to moderate hills for those wanting a little extra challenge.
All abilities are welcome — move at your own pace and enjoy the journey

Your support makes a difference! Funds raised at Rainbow Bridge Run 2026 directly support the Rainbow Bridge Animal Angel Foundation and our mission to help families facing financial hardship care for their chronically ill and vulnerable pets.

Can I volunteer for this event?
Absolutely! We welcome all the help we can get! Volunteers are the heart of our foundation and our Rainbow Bridge Run 2026.
Our event is all-inclusive — youth ages 12 and up are encouraged to join!
