It’s not just a “bad period.” Endometriosis affects millions of women, yet it remains widely underrecognized and misunderstood. It went undiagnosed in my own life for almost a decade, as it does for many others. With limited treatment options and barriers to specialized care, many women are left to manage daily pain and fear of future consequences without answers or guidance. I am walking to raise awareness and advocate for more research and real investment in women’s health. Women are capable of incredible things, but we cannot keep pushing through while our health is overlooked. We deserve answers, attention, and support.
