My Story…
I didn’t even know I had endometriosis. For years, I just knew something felt off… but I didn’t have the words for it, and I didn’t feel like I was being heard. It took a cancer diagnosis to finally get the hysterectomy I had been asking to be given for years… and that’s when I learned I had stage 4 endometriosis. This run is about awareness. Awareness for the people who are still searching for answers… Awareness for the ones who’ve been told it’s “normal”… Awareness for the ones learning to trust their bodies again… I share my story for the person who’s sitting behind a screen right now, knowing something isn’t right but not knowing what it is yet. If that’s you… or if you’re here to support someone who’s been through it… come walk with me 💛
