Options Community Services Family Resource Programs (FRPs) are welcoming, community‑based programs that support families with children from birth to age six. These programs provide safe, inclusive spaces where parents and caregivers can connect with one another, access trusted information, and strengthen their parenting skills—while their children engage in enriching, play‑based experiences that support healthy development.
