This year, I am turning 50! To celebrate this milestone and push my physical limits, I am participating in the Climb for Change event. But this climb is about much more than a personal fitness goal—it is about reaching out a helping hand to those who need it most in our community.

I am raising urgent funds for WINGS Safe Housing & Support.

WINGS is an incredible organization dedicated to providing secure housing, comprehensive services, and a path to healing for women and children escaping domestic violence. They provide a literal lifeline, giving families a safe place to sleep, recover, and completely rebuild their lives free from fear.

Why I am doing this:
Stepping into a new decade of life made me reflect on how grateful I am for safety, health, and community. I wanted to channel that gratitude into action. No woman or child should ever have to live in fear, and by taking on this physical climb, I hope to raise awareness and vital funds to help WINGS provide the security these families deserve.

My Goal:
I have set a modest fundraising goal of $1500. Every single dollar goes directly toward supporting safe housing and life-saving programs.

$25 can help provide essential supplies for a family moving into safe housing.

$50 can help fund support programs for children healing from trauma.

$100 can help keep the doors open and the lights on for a family in crisis.
