Now on our 15th year, Run for Wellness is our annual fun run and a simple starting point for your health journey. It is a chance to pause, reset, and choose yourself. Start moving more. Start building better habits. Start with a goal that feels doable, whether you plan to walk, jog, or run your way to the finish line.

You do not need to be an athlete to join. Just come as you are. Pick the distance that fits where you are today, share the moment with friends or family, and celebrate every step you take along the route.
