Who can register for the race?
For 16KM & 10KM, participants must be 16 years and above
For 5KM & 3KM, participants must be 13 years and above
Children aged 12 and below are permitted to participate in the run as long as they are accompanied by a parent or guardian. Participants under 16 must obtain consent from their parent or guardian and complete the entry form, with the parent or guardian's signature being mandatory.
Why do I need to create an account at Race Roster?
Since RUNRIO will be using Race Roster platform:
It will help you save time logging in for the next race.
Access to your transaction history and your confirmation receipts.
An account hub to stay connected with each event that you signed up.
Stay updated with upcoming events.
Can I transfer my registration to another runner?
As stated on the waiver, registration is non-transferrable.
Can I change my category and singlet/shirt size after registration?
Category and size cannot be changed or updated after registration.
What are the available registration modes of payment?
You can choose to either pay by:
GCash – online registration
Bank Transfer - online registration
Credit Card – online registration
Is the online registration system secure?
Yes. We use a security system consistent with the banking industry standards of the Philippines.

Where can I leave my belongings?
Baggage deposit facilities will be made available for you. We recommend you arrive earlier than your gun time to deposit your bags to avoid delays. You must deposit your baggage/s at designated baggage deposit tents for your particular distance.
While maximum care and security will be enforced, the organizers will not be responsible for any loss or damaged items or delays in retrieving bags.
We strongly advise that you do not leave any valuables in your bags. The race organizer and any of its sponsors will not be held liable for any loss or damage to your personal items.
Will there be a cut-off time for the start of the race?
ALL CATEGORIES have a start cut-off time of 15 minutes after the gun start. Runners who arrive later than 15 minutes after the gun start will no longer be allowed to start the race for safety and security reasons.
In order to ensure timely re-opening of roads to normal traffic and help ensure your safety, the race organizer will deploy an ambulance to pick up all remaining runners on the race route starting at 7:00am.
By this time, all participants are encouraged to stop running and board the official vehicle. They are automatically disqualified and will be taken directly to the finish venue.
Are walkers permitted to take part in the event?
Yes. But should you wish to walk during the race, kindly keep to the right side of the route to allow faster runners to pass.
Will wheelchairs, bikes, skates or strollers be allowed on the race route?
No. Instruments with built-in wheels other than those on the official vehicles will not be allowed on the race course.
Where and when will the awarding of top finishers be held?
The Award Ceremony will be held at the venue on the day of the race.
Will there be available changing areas on race day?
Yes, there will be changing areas and portalets inside the activity area.
Will there be course markers along the race routes?
Yes, course markers will be available at every kilometer along the race routes.
Will there be hydration stations available?
Yes, participants can refresh themselves with water and sports drinks provided at the hydration stations along the route.
Will there be cups on race day or can I bring my own bottle?
Yes, we will be providing small paper cups in all our hydration stations.
How will my race timing be recorded?
The B-Tag system has been adopted to record your race timings electronically. The timing chip is located on the reverse side of your race bib. All participants will be timed using the B-Tag race timing system.
How do I use my timing chip?
Simply ensure that your timing chip is properly affixed on the reverse side of your race bib. Wear your race bib on the front of your torso. Make sure it is not covered by jackets, runner belts, water bottles, etc. Do not alter, modify, fold or wrinkle your race bib.
Can I bring along my pets?
No. For the safety of all the race participants, pets are not permitted.
