Twelve years ago, Ryan Berg traveled to Southeast Asia on a mission trip and witnessed something he could never unsee: the horrific reality of human trafficking.
Today, an estimated 8 million people live in modern slavery in India alone. It's one of the greatest injustices imaginable, but there is hope.
The Aruna Project exists to create lifelong freedom for survivors through outreach, holistic care, and sustainable employment. To date, Aruna has helped more than 250 women transition from exploitation into meaningful careers, achieving an incredible 86% sustained freedom rate.
We're running for her freedom. Every dollar donated helps provide women with a pathway out of exploitation and toward a future of dignity, independence, and hope.
