Help Julie raise money

I became involved with Rotary Hospice Stratford Perth in 2017 to honour my mom. I hoped that the availability of a Hospice in our Community would ensure families and friends would continue to make memories during the end of life journey. This will be my ninth Hike for Hospice and I am so honoured to be able to help raise funds to ensure that our Community has a home for people to die with dignity with their loved ones by their side as family and not caregivers. Every year people in my Community access the Hospice and all of the services that they provide.  People that matter so much to so many. I am so grateful that they had the end of life experience that they and their families and friends deserve. What I know for sure is that together we are doing something that matters so very much.
