My Story…

We are walking for hospice in honour of the people we have loved and lost, and to support the compassionate care Stratford hospice provides to patients and families during some of life’s hardest moments. Hospice care brings comfort, dignity, and kindness when it is needed most, and we are proud to walk in support of that mission.
