This 5K is so close to my heart as I run in support of LYDIA Home Association and Safe Families for Children 💕 I’ve been visiting Lydia Home since I was a little girl, spending Sundays playing, laughing, and building connections with the sweetest kids. In high school, my family said “yes” to our first Safe Families kiddo, a precious two-year-old who completely stole our hearts. Now, 12 years later, he’s still such a special part of my life. Over the years, my family has had some very special kiddos come into our home through Safe Families, each one leaving a lasting imprint on our hearts. These experiences didn’t just change their lives; they changed ours forever. Every donation helps provide love, safety, and stability to children during some of their hardest moments. It means giving families the support they need to stay together and giving kids a place where they feel safe, seen, and deeply cared for.
