VIRTUAL RUN MECHANICS

EVENT DURATION

The Santé Barley Trilogy Run Asia National Finals Virtual Run may be completed at any time and from any location within the official submission period:

November 8, 2026 to November 30, 2026

Participants may complete their run on their preferred date and route, provided that the activity is performed within the official event window.

ELIGIBILITY

The National Finals Virtual Run is open exclusively to participants who successfully registered for the National Finals before the rescheduling announcement on October 7, 2026, including eligible runners who qualified for the 42KM category.

RACE ENTITLEMENTS

Eligible Virtual Run participants will receive the following race entitlements:

• Race Singlet

• Finisher’s Medal

• Drawstring bag

• Finisher’s Towel

• Finisher’s Shirt

Please note that all race entitlements will be consolidated and delivered in a single shipment.

RUN FORMAT

Participants must complete their registered race distance in one (1) single, continuous running session.

• The required distance must be completed in its entirety within a single activity.

• Accumulated or combined distances from multiple runs will not be accepted.

• Participants may choose their preferred route and location, provided that the run is completed within the official event period.

RUN TRACKING REQUIREMENTS

All activities must be recorded using a GPS-enabled fitness or running application. Upload a photo or screenshot showing the date, time and distance from your treadmill dashboard, fitness app or smartwatch.

RESULTS SUBMISSION

After completing the run, participants must submit either of the following information through the event’s website:

• Screenshot of your route

• Photo of your dashboard that indicate your running time

• Photo of the display on your fitness watch

Ensure that the submission includes the date, time, and distance. After validation, E-Certificate will be given to each finisher.

Eligible participants must submit their run results through the Race Roster Registration Platform.

VALIDATION OF ENTRIES

All submitted Virtual Run results will undergo a verification and validation process to ensure compliance with the official event mechanics.

The Organizer reserves the right to review, validate, or request clarification on any submission that does not sufficiently demonstrate compliance with the event requirements.

Only validated and approved results will be officially credited to the participant.

SHIPPING AND DISTRIBUTION

Processing and distribution of race kits and finisher entitlements will commence two to three weeks after the last day of result submission on November 30, 2026.

Shipments and releases will be processed and dispatched in batches. Actual delivery and release timelines may vary depending on the participant's location, courier operations, and other logistical considerations.
