Registration:
You can volunteer on the day of the race and also on the course set-up days, which are the two days before the race. Please click on this link to register as a volunteer: https://raceroster.com/registration/118149/tfjk6fdhubwva7wn/registrant/1. If the link doesn't work, you can register on the right side of this page, click on register, select volunteer, and complete the volunteer info and waiver. You will also get a free t-shirt if you register before the t-shirt cutoff date on 09/13/26. During the week before the race and also the week leading up to the race, a volunteer coordinator will send you an email with instructions about checking in and where to go to volunteer. The race director will direct volunteers where they are needed and what they will be doing on the setup days, on race day, and to tear down the event after the race.
Typical Volunteer Duties:
Assist with the setup and teardown of the race course and equipment.
Needed: Athletic Trainers, Nurses, or Doctors to assist with any injuries on Race Day.
Needed: Photographers and videographers to take photos and videos of the participants doing obstacles and the other functions of the race on race day.
Assist with the participant check-in process & distribute goodie bags.
Direct Traffic for Parking.
Direct participants to follow the race path and provide instructions for the obstacles during the race. The instructions are brief and provided to you by the Race Director.
Hand out water bottles & snacks and keep the supplies full.
