See My wife story please… #BrainHealth for life & beyond!!! As a previous Dietitian for 20 years, there is so much stigma around “mental health” that I like to call it “Brain Health”. As research has shown, a brain condition can be worse than cancer. Unfortunately, most people do not understand the hidden suffering people with this endure. Brain 🧠 Health is more personal to me than any of my family can even begin to imagine– – – I have suffered off & on since birth! Most recently, it has been more devastating than ever searching for answers and solutions. HUGS to all those nice enough to share grace & hope for their lifetimes♥️🥰. Beyond my story in September 2025, my Mom went to heaven suffering from Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s. My Dad still battles Alzheimer’s too. Putting the science research all into perspective, this makes me much more susceptible to my parents’ same diagnoses starting now or even earlier in my life. Therefore, the scope for brain health cures is limitless!!
