I’ve signed up for the Westcoast Motorcycle Ride to Live in support of the incredible work of Island Prostate Centre. This year’s ride takes place on Sunday, September 13, 2026.

Trust me—I get it… prostate cancer isn’t always the easiest thing to talk about.

But here’s the reality: 1 in 8 men on Vancouver Island will be diagnosed with prostate cancer in their lifetime.

I know 8 men. You know 8 men.

We need to make sure the men in our lives have access to the critical, free support they need—when they need it most.

So this is where I make it personal—I need your help.

By signing up for the Ride to Live and committing to fundraising, I’m doing my part to ensure patients can access these essential services. But I can’t do it alone.

Because of you, men can access Island Prostate Centre’s Nurse Navigator program.
Because of you, they can learn from experts about nutrition, exercise, and self-care.
Because of you, when a man hears the words “you have prostate cancer,” he won’t have to face it alone.

Every dollar truly makes a difference.
