Hi, I’m Jada! I’m the Founder and CEO of Prestige Workforce, where I help individuals with disabilities build confidence, find their voice, and land meaningful jobs. What started as a leap of faith in 2017 has turned into nine amazing years of serving my community and watching my clients thrive.

I’m a certified Employment Specialist, Career and Life Coach, and proud advocate for fair and inclusive workplaces.

I’m also an active member of the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce, Next Up JAX, the Nonprofit Center of Northeast Florida, and Women Business Owners (WBO) of Northeast Florida.

Receiving donations would allow us to expand our outreach, strengthen employer partnerships, and support more candidates on their path to sustainable employment.
