Help Sharon raise money

After many years working as a government employee, I recently stepped into retirement. It’s a new chapter in my life, and while a lot has changed, one thing hasn’t,I still want to make a difference in my community. Cycling has always been something I love. It gives me a sense of freedom, clears my mind, and keeps me moving forward—literally and figuratively. Last year, just before I retired, I decided to take that passion and turn it into something more meaningful by riding in support of United Way. It was an incredible experience. Knowing that every mile I rode was helping someone in need made each moment on the bike even more rewarding. It reminded me that even small efforts can have a real impact when they’re part of something bigger. Now, even in retirement, I feel just as strongly about giving back. So I’ve decided to do it again. I’m cycling once more to raise funds for United Way, supporting programs that help people with basic needs, mental health, and opportunities.
