I was 35 with three little kids (6, 4, and 1) when I was diagnosed with breast cancer. I did all the treatments but on the other side, I kept thinking… why is no one talking about the mental toll? So, powered by coffee and stubborn hope, I left my sales career and started Faith Through Fire. Now I’m on a mission to redefine what mental health looks and feels like—low-maintenance, unobtrusive, trauma-informed, and actually built for women living real, busy lives. That was 10 years ago, and today I’m proud of the community we’ve built—women showing up for each other, sharing their stories, and proving that no one has to do this alone.
