My Story…
Hi everyone, my name is Courtney Theroux, and this year I am honored to be participating in my 5th annual Holy Trails 12K Run for Recovery. 🏃♀️💙
This incredible event raises funds for two beautiful recovery facilities in our community: Our House Addiction Recovery Centre for men and McDougall House Recovery Home for women.
This cause is deeply personal to me. I have been sober since 2016, and I truly would not be where I am today without my time in rehab and the community supports I accessed along the way. Recovery is possible, and these centers provide hope, healing, and a safe place for so many people who are ready to change their lives.
