My Story…
This October, I’m participating in the run for sobriety. Almost three years ago, I chose sobriety and completely changed the direction of my life. Recovery has taught me the importance of continuing to show up for yourself, especially through life’s ups and downs. Fitness has become a huge part of my journey. It’s shown me that strength goes far beyond the physical and has given me another way to challenge myself and see what perseverance and determination can produce. If you’re able to donate, share, or cheer me on, it would mean a lot. 🤍
