CLAIMING OF RACE KITS
How can I claim my race kit?
Race kits can be claimed during the official Race Pack Collection schedule.
When is the Race Pack Collection?
Race Pack Collection will be held from June 27 and June 28, 2026, between 11:00 AM and 7:00 PM at Orchard Central, Uniqlo Flagship Store.
Participants must present their confirmation email and a valid ID for verification upon claiming.
Can someone else claim my race kit on my behalf?
Yes, as long as the person claiming the race kit has a copy of the confirmation email, a copy of the registrant's valid ID, and an authorization letter to be validated by the representative.
Can I change the size of my shirt after registration and confirmation?
Unfortunately, changing shirt sizes is not permitted after the registration form has been submitted. Participants are advised to refer to the race shirt size chart on the online registration site before confirming their selection.
RACE CATEGORIES
What are the race categories?
1KM, 3KM, 5KM
Who can join the 1KM category, and how does the registration work?
The 1KM category is designed as a parent-and-child pairing! It requires one adult (parent or guardian) and one child to run together as partners.
Can children join the 3KM and 5KM categories, and how do I register them?
Yes! Children aged 4 to 11 years old are welcome to join the 3KM and 5KM categories, but they must be accompanied by a parent or guardian throughout the run.
How to register: The parent or guardian must register themselves first as the main registrant. During the registration process, simply click “Add Another Participant” to enter your child’s details as the second participant.
Age 12 and above: Participants aged 12 and above can register and run independently without a guardian.
T-shirt Sizing Note: Please note that event t-shirts for the 3KM and 5KM categories are available in adult sizes only (there are no kids' sizes for these categories). We recommend checking the size chart during registration to choose the best available fit for your child.
Will there be official timing or race results for this event?
We do not have timing for this thematic fun run event

Is the online registration system secure?
Yes. It uses a security system that complies with banking industry standards in Singapore.
THE PHYSICAL RACE
Where is the starting line?
To be announced.
Is there a baggage deposit area?
Yes. Baggage tents will be available. We recommend arriving early to avoid delays.
Note: Organizers will not be liable for any lost or damaged belongings. Please do not leave valuables in your bag.
What happens if I get injured during the race?
Medical and first aid stations are placed along the race route. You may also approach route marshals or paramedics for assistance.
RACE ROUTE
Is there a cut-off time for the start of the race?
Yes. All participants must start within 15 minutes after their category’s gun start. Latecomers will no longer be allowed to start.
What happens if I can’t finish the race by 10:00 AM?
An ambulance will sweep the course starting at 10:00 AM. Remaining participants will be picked up and taken to the finish line. They will be disqualified from official results.

PARTICIPANT CONCERNS
Can I still participate if my race shirt doesn’t fit? Can I change sizes?
Yes. You may exchange it for another size on race day, subject to availability.
What hydration will be available?
Water will be available at hydration stations throughout the route.
Are walkers allowed?
Yes, but please keep to the left to allow faster runners to pass.
Are wheelchairs, bikes, skates, or strollers allowed?
No. Only official vehicles are allowed on the race course.
SUPPORTERS
Can my family and friends support me at the event?
Yes! They are welcome to cheer along the route.
Please remind them to stay clear of the race path and observe proper conduct.
