My Story…
Hello, my name is Hudson Girard. In May 2023, when I was 10 years old, I was diagnosed with a brain tumor. I had surgery at BC Children’s Hospital. The whole tumor was removed and I was so lucky it was benign. I have had a scan every year since and there is no sign of it returning. The experience changed my life forever. It was one of the scariest moments I’ve ever faced. I am fundraising with YANA because of all of the support they gave my family and me during that time and ever since. They are the absolute BEST.
