I am taking part in a 5K charity run for Autism Nova Scotia, to help raise funds for people living with autism, including my amazing 7-year-old son. Every step is for him and for the many incredible children, adults, and families navigating autism every day. My son reminded me recently "You don't move back, you move forward." Those simple words inspire me with every step I take and reflect what this journey is all about—moving forward together.
