My boys and I will be participating in the Wellwood 5K Walk on October 18, and we are hoping for your support. We are walking in loving memory of my mother, who was a true example of grace and courage. Although my boys never had the opportunity to meet her, her legacy continues to inspire us. Every step will honour her and carry hope for everyone living with cancer today. Wellwood wrapped my mother in care and made an immense difference during her cancer journey. It has been very dear to my heart for more than 20 years. As a longtime volunteer, I have seen firsthand the compassion, kindness and meaningful impact Wellwood brings to individuals and families affected by cancer. Wellwood provides free programs, peer support, education, wellness services and practical guidance, helping people feel supported and less alone.
