Why do I need to create an account at Race Roster?
Women’s Run PH events uses Race Roster as its official registration platform. Creating an account allows you to:
Register faster for future races and events
Access your registration history and confirmation receipts
Manage and track events you’ve signed up for
Receive updates about upcoming races and event announcements
Can I transfer my registration to another runner?
Registration is NON-TRANSFERRABLE. As stated in the event waiver, all registrations are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Can I convert my virtual race registration to a physical race?
Since registration categories are final upon purchase, switching from Virtual Run to Physical Run, or vice versa, is NOT ALLOWED.
Can I change my category and singlet/shirt size after registration?
Race category and shirt size selections are FINAL and CANNOT BE CHANGED once registration has been completed.
Where do I submit my race results?
You can submit your virtual run results through the Race Roster account you created during registration. Simply log in to the Race Roster account you used for registration. The "Submit Results" button will become available during the official run period.
What is the submission period for the virtual run?
You may complete your run or walk anytime between July 26, 2026 and August 2, 2026. Track your activity using a GPS running app, smartwatch, fitness tracker, or treadmill, then submit your results through Race Roster strictly within the specified dates.
What apps or devices can I use to track my run?
You may use any GPS-enabled running app, smartwatch, fitness tracker, or treadmill that can record your distance and time.
What proof do I need to submit?
Participants must submit a screenshot or record showing their completed distance, duration, and date of activity through the Race Roster results submission portal.
Can I submit multiple activities to complete my distance?
Each virtual run submission must be completed in a single activity, however, there is no required pace or cut-off time as long as the runner completes the required distance within the official submission period.
When will the race kit and entitlements be shipped?
Shipping and distribution of race kits and finisher entitlements will begin two to three weeks after the result submission period closes on August 2, 2026.
Participants who successfully submit their required information will receive a confirmation email with further details. Please note of the following:
Shipping fees for international participants will be shouldered by the runner.
