When Zebra Cake arrived at Placer SPCA as a stray, their staff immediately noticed severe swelling around his neck. Their veterinary team quickly stepped in, carefully removing two foreign bodies and treating his wounds. With pain medication, attentive medical care, and plenty of comfort, Zebra Cake was able to begin his recovery.

With time and care, Zebra Cake made a full recovery. Before long, he found a loving forever home and began his second chance with a family of his own.
