Our story…
We are going out to walk and run to improve our mental health - it's cheaper than therapy, hence our team name coined by one of our clinician friends.
Every gift to Reliant Foundation supports grants to Central and MetroWest Massachusetts nonprofits that are changing and saving lives every day. Grants are supporting mental health and behavioral health programs and initiatives serving kids, teens and young adults (ages 0-22), and resources for all ages seeking recovery from substance use disorder.
Reliant Foundation works to reduce the stigma attached to these issues which is a reason that help is all too often delayed.
