RACE MECHANICS - POKEMON RUN 30
SAFETY
Participants must follow all instructions issued by event officials, staff, volunteers, and authorized personnel at all times. For everyone's safety, the use of skates, bicycles, scooters, strollers, or similar wheeled devices is not permitted on the event route.
RUNRIO reserves the right to modify, postpone, suspend, or cancel the event, in whole or in part, due to inclement weather or any circumstances that may compromise the safety and well-being of participants, staff, or the public.
Participants must immediately stop participating and follow the directions of event officials, medical personnel, law enforcement officers, firefighters, or any authorized government agency if instructed to do so.
ENTRY FORM
Participants are required to provide complete and accurate information, including their age, gender, and emergency contact details, when completing the registration form. For emergency purposes, participants are strongly encouraged to nominate an immediate family member or trusted contact who can be reached quickly.
Registration is accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the event has commenced, requests to update participant information will no longer be accommodated.
All registration fees are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-deferrable.
AGE REQUIREMENTS
5K Category: Open to participants 13 years old and above. Children 5 to 12 years old may also participate, provided they are accompanied by a registered parent or legal guardian throughout the event.
Note: Participants under 18 years of age must obtain parental or legal guardian consent and submit a signed entry form during registration.

RACE NUMBER GUIDELINES
Wear your race bib visibly on the front throughout the race.
Fill in the emergency contact details (preferably of a Manila-based contact) at the back of the bib.
Lost numbers require re-registration.
Bibs are non-transferable. Selling or using someone else’s number results in disqualification and future bans.
Race bibs are strictly designated per day. The bib issued for Day 1 and Day 2 must not be reused or interchanged.
START & FINISH POINTS
Route maps and start/finish locations will be released soon.
Arrive an hour before your assigned gun time.
Climbing over barricades or entering improperly may lead to disqualification.
The race course will close at 8:00 AM to allow road reopening.
WAVING SYSTEM
Since this is a fun run and an immersive Pokémon journey experience, follow the wave number you selected upon registration (Wave 1–20) to ensure an organized race start, smooth participant flow, and a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
Each wave has a designated gun start time. Participants are advised to take note of their assigned gun time and be at the starting area ahead of schedule to ensure a smooth and organized race start.
ROUTE INFORMATION
The course follows RUNRIO standards with proper hydration, medical stations, and restrooms.
Stay within designated paths—going off-course may lead to disqualification.
HYDRATION STATIONS
Hydration stations with drinking water will be available at designated points along the route and at the finish area.
Please help keep the course clean by disposing of used cups and other waste in the designated bins. No littering.
MEDICAL SUPPORT
Medical teams will be stationed at the start, finish, and throughout the route.
Look for personnel in clearly marked medical vests or go to medical tents if needed.
Use your mobile phones or seek help immediately if you or another runner needs assistance.
AWARDS & RAFFLE
Pokémon RUN 30 is a non-competitive fun run. There will be no Top Finisher awards or official race rankings.
Winners of major raffle prizes must be present during the raffle draw to claim their prizes. Winners of other raffle prizes need not be present and will be announced through the official social media channels, together with prize claiming instructions.

Collect your Pokémon RUN 30 Finisher Medal, Pokémon Lenticular Cards (2nd Evolution Form)
, Display Sheet for Lenticular Cards (If Pokédex Search Sheet is Completed), Tote Bag, and other goodies at the redemption area when you finish the race.
CODE OF CONDUCT
Respect fellow runners, volunteers, and staff.
Unsportsmanlike behavior, offensive language, or harassment will lead to disqualification.
PHOTOS & MEDIA
By joining the race, you grant consent for the use of your image by official race photographers and videographers for marketing and promotional purposes.
SAFETY & PROHIBITED ITEMS
Follow all instructions from event staff. The following are not allowed:
Weapons, sharp objects
Explosives, fireworks, flammable items
Large bags, coolers, tents
Strollers, unofficial drones
Costumes that cover the face or extend beyond body size
RULE CHANGES
RUNRIO Inc. reserves the right to modify event details, rules, and regulations without prior notice, including postponement or cancellation due to weather or safety concerns. Participants are responsible for staying updated and following all race guidelines.
