On May 26th 2026, at 15 weeks, our precious Emersyn Lee McMichael was physically born into this world but was already in the arms of Jesus. “The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit” Psalm 34:18. 

What a sweet blessing it was to have had her with me for 15 weeks. I have never been given a greater gift than the 3 hours we were able to hold her. I could feel Jesus holding me while I was holding her. She was so beautiful. She had the most perfect little fingers and toes. It is such an honor to be her mom. Rachel’s Gift honored Emersyn in such a beautiful way. Rachel’s Gift and the ones representing them acted as the hands and feet of Jesus that day. I am forever grateful.
