Strings of Grace is a local perinatal loss support group that meets bi-monthly at Springhill Medical Center. In January 2026, Brittany DeFalco and Bonnie Gaudet created this group to provide a sacred space where women can come to feel welcomed, loved, and supported as they heal from their experience of miscarriage, stillbirth, or early infant death.

Having each experienced multiple losses of their own pregnancies, all at different stages of development, Bonnie and Brittany recognize that everyone’s journey will take shape differently. Strings of Grace is not a program they have written or a prescribed path to healing; rather, it is an ever-evolving, open invitation, extended in love, for those who have experienced this great loss to come together in a judgment-free environment to share, listen, and connect with other women who can empathize with and understand their situation.

Strings of Grace is deeply rooted in Christian truths and traditions and operates on the belief that every life is created on purpose and for a reason. Even though it can be difficult to fully understand and process perinatal loss, we believe that when our grief is surrendered to God through Jesus Christ, even the greatest of losses can be transformed into something beautiful that has the potential to heal hearts and change lives.
