Ryan House is an incredible gem in the Valley. It provides respite care - breaks for the families, free of charge in an atmosphere like summer camp at Grandma's House. Our family used Ryan House for end-of-life care for our son, Derek. There he was able to pass on his terms in the "campfire room", surrounded by peace with no bells or alarms going off, incredible nursing staff, and areas where Jim, Sara and I could take a break when we needed it. No one wants to lose a child, but in our journey, this was his and Sara's choice to say goodbye in the best way possible.
