In April 2026, our lives changed forever when my life partner, Al, was diagnosed with Stage 4 metastatic pancreatic cancer. He had no symptoms, no warning signs. The cancer was discovered during a routine exam, and the diagnosis devastated us both. After seven rounds of chemotherapy, Al was approved for a promising new treatment that may give us more precious time together. We are incredibly grateful for that hope.
