To all my friends, family, neighbors and colleagues, 

Once again, this year I have again signed up for the VON Activity Challenge to fundraise for our local VON Branch in Middlesex Elgin. This year it is in the fall.
Thank you so much for all of your support in the past . Last year we were able to exceed my goal of $4000 and with your help  we will be able to do the same this year.

As all of you know I am a retired nurse who is passionate about the volunteer work that I do for the Victorian Order of Nurses Middlesex Elgin (VON ME) Community Corporation. VON ME does so much to help those at home to remain healthy and independent. 

As Stuart and I have reached our senior years we know how important VON Home Care and Community Support  is.

 I will be walking or exercising most days as weather and health issues permit, Stuart will join in when he can.  I will be attending the Activity challenge Event at Mount Brydges, with my grandchildren Zachary and Bronwen for what we hope will be the largest SMART (Seniors Maintaining Active Roles Together) Exercise Class on Saturday September 26th, 2026.
