Nathan Hale Foundation's Three Harts Farm

Helping Veteran's and their families who are facing personal hardships through public and private donations.  Located in Plymouth, MA, Three Harts Farms provides therapeutic and recreational activities as well as events and workshops to assist veterans with support, education and community connection.

The Nathan Hale Foundation was incorporated on April 4, 2006. The Foundation and Veterans Outreach Centers were founded solely by Christopher C. Hart President/Founder and Executive Director of the Plymouth non-profit, tax-exempt, 501 c(3) organization located in Plymouth, Massachusetts. \The program is self-supporting through and relies on both public and private donations to operate.
