How do I register for the DISNEY RUN PHILIPPINES 2026?

Who can register for the race?
Children aged 4 to 11 may participate in the 3KM category only if accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Participants aged 12 and above are eligible for all race categories.
Can I register my child using my account, or do they need their own profile?
You can register your child under your primary Race Roster account. During registration, select "Add Another Participant" to fill in your child's details while keeping all registrations linked to one user account.
Does my 4–11 year-old child need their own paid registration slot?
Yes. Every participant on the course, regardless of age, must be officially registered and wear their assigned race bib and timing chip. Children and their accompanying parent or legal guardian will each receive their own race bib and timing chip, but both will be assigned the same bib number.
Can I register more than one child under my supervision for the 3km distance?
Yes, a parent or legal guardian may accompany up to two children in the 3KM category, provided all children are registered and wearing their official race bibs.
If there are more than two children, an additional parent or legal guardian must accompany them.
Can I transfer or sell my race bib?
As stated on the waiver, registration is non-transferable.
Why do I need to create an account at Race Roster?

Can I transfer my registration to another runner?
Registration is non-transferrable.
Can I collect the race kit on behalf of my child?
Yes. A parent or legal guardian may claim the race kit for registered minors by presenting the registration confirmation email, a valid government-issued ID, and the child’s ID or birth certificate.
What will I receive during Race Pack Collection?
During Race Pack Collection, participants will receive their drawstring bag with goodies, towel, race jersey, and race bib.
When will I receive my race medal?
The race medal will be given on Race Day upon completion of the race.
Are scooters, strollers, or child carriers allowed on the course?
Yes. Scooters, strollers, and child carriers are allowed on the course but must start in the last wave of the 3KM category to ensure the safety of all participants.
Can I change my category and singlet/shirt size after registration?
Category and size cannot be changed or updated after registration.
Can participants wear Disney-inspired outfits?
Participants are welcome to come dressed in their best Disney-inspired style!
What kind of attire is appropriate for the event?
The run event is a casual, family-friendly environment for all ages. In that spirit, we ask you to use your discretion.
Are there any costume or attire restrictions?
For everyone's safety and enjoyment, please leave full costumes, face-covering costume masks, large props or accessories, as well as clothing with objectionable material, including obscene language or graphics, at home.
What happens if someone is wearing inappropriate clothing or behaving inappropriately?
For the comfort, safety, and enjoyment of all attendees, participants are expected to wear appropriate attire and behave respectfully throughout the event. Participants wearing inappropriate attire may be asked to change or modify their clothing before participating. Anyone exhibiting inappropriate or disruptive behavior may be asked to leave the venue. We appreciate everyone’s cooperation in helping maintain a safe, welcoming, and family-friendly environment
Will the event continue if it rains?
The event may continue as scheduled during periods of rain, provided that weather and site conditions remain safe for participants, staff, and spectators. The event organizer will closely monitor official weather advisories and on-ground conditions and may make necessary adjustments, including delaying, modifying, or suspending the event or a specific race category, when required for safety.
Will the event be cancelled if there is heavy rain?
Heavy rain does not automatically mean that the event will be cancelled. The event organizer will assess the prevailing weather and site conditions, in consideration of official weather advisories and relevant guidance from local authorities, before making a decision. Any changes to the event schedule or race categories will be communicated through the official event channels.
What should I bring for changing weather conditions on race day?
Participants are encouraged to come prepared for changing weather conditions and to bring personal rain protection, such as a raincoat or poncho, as a precaution. Bringing extra clothes is also recommended for added comfort in case of rain. Come prepared to enjoy the event, rain or shine, subject to any safety-related event advisories.
Will there be course markers along the race routes?
Yes, course markers will be available at every kilometer along the race routes.
Will there be hydration stations available?
Yes, participants can refresh themselves with water and sports drinks provided at the hydration stations along the route.
Will there be cups on race day or can I bring my own bottle?
Cups will be provided on the race day and runners can also bring their own water bottle or use any preferred hydration gear.
Will there be course markers along the race routes?
Yes, course markers will be available at every kilometer along the race routes.

How will my race timing be recorded?
The B-Tag system has been adopted to record your race timings electronically. The timing chip is located on the reverse side of your race bib.
How do I use my timing chip?
Simply ensure that your timing chip is properly affixed on the reverse side of your race bib. Wear your race bib on the front of your torso. Make sure it is not covered by jackets, runner belts, water bottles, etc. Do not alter, modify, fold or wrinkle your race bib.
Can I bring along my pets?
No. For the safety of all the race participants, pets are not permitted.
