I am walking in honour of my daughter, Cecilia, who passed away 10 years ago from Type 2 Gaucher’s disease. Her life and her memory continue to inspire me to help break the silence surrounding child loss. Through this work, we hope to open up conversations, create understanding, and remind families who have experienced the unimaginable loss of a child that they are not alone.
