In order to Gift Aid your donation you must tick the box below

I have ticked the ‘Gift Aid’ box and I confirm that I am a UK income or capital gains taxpayer or pay an annual remittance basis charge. I have read this statement and want the charity or community amateur sports club [named above] to reclaim tax on the donation detailed [above], given on Sunday, October 11, 2026. I understand that if I pay less income tax / capital gains tax / annual remittance basis charge in the current tax year than the amount of gift aid claimed on all of my donations, it is my responsibility to pay any difference. I understand the charity or community amateur sports club will reclaim 25p of tax on every £1 that I have given.

I authorize Race Roster Running UK Limited to give this Gift Aid declaration to the charity or community amateur sports club on my behalf.

Description

I'm raising money for Old Town Academy's Jog-A-Thon, happening

Friday, October 16, 2026. Every dollar I raise helps fund classroom supplies, enrichment activities, and

everything that makes OTA amazing — and this year, your gift can go even further!

Triple the impact: Thanks to a generous Benefactor matching up to $50,000, and a matching grant adding up to

$100,000 more, donations to our school could be matched up to 3X this year!

Sponsoring OTA? Gifts made through our school sponsorship package also count toward my personal

fundraising total — so however you choose to give, it helps me reach my goal and earn prizes!
