On the Front Lines Community Alliance (OTFLCA) is a nonprofit, peer-run recovery community organization dedicated to strengthening recovery and community wellness. We support recovery professionals with lived experience through mentorship, workforce development, and advocacy, ensuring those who serve vulnerable populations remain well themselves. By investing in the well-being and growth of the recovery workforce, we help rebuild community resilience and promote sustainable, person-centered recovery support.
