5K for UKRAINE

Ukrainian National Women’s League of America (UNWLA) is the largest and longest-running Ukrainian Women organization in the world. The Cincinnati Branch 144 (www.fb.com/unwla.branch144 ) was formed in August 2022 in response to building a vibrant Ukrainian community in the Tri-State area.

Untold numbers of Ukrainian men are returning from battlefields with physical and psychological injuries, the effects of which will reverberate through Ukrainian society for years to come. The main goal of the 5KforUkraine fundraiser is to collect funds for the Ukrainian Rehabilitation Project UNBROKEN in Kharkiv (http://nezlamnihub.com ). 

This is a unique program where people affected by the war can receive comprehensive qualified medical care. It includes physical, psychological, and psychosocial rehabilitation of the injured military and civilians.
