🇺🇸 ABOUT MISSION 22
Founded in 2014 by veterans who understood firsthand the challenges that can come with life after military service, Mission 22 was created with one purpose: to help veterans and their families heal, connect, and know they are not alone.
What began as a small effort to support veterans has grown into a nationwide organization serving veterans, families, and communities across the country.
Mission 22’s work centers around several programs that address different parts of the veteran experience:
💙 VETERAN TREATMENT PROGRAM
Our Veteran Treatment Program provides veterans with access to treatment and wellness opportunities designed to address the invisible wounds of military service, including PTSD, traumatic brain injury, and other challenges veterans may face after service.
We believe healing looks different for every veteran, which is why we work to provide opportunities that meet veterans where they are.
💙 FAMILY PROGRAM
Military service impacts the entire family. Our Family Program was created specifically for the spouses and family members walking alongside veterans.
It provides a space for connection, support, education, and healing among people who understand the unique challenges that can come with being part of a military family.
💙 AMBASSADOR PROGRAM
The Mission 22 Ambassador Program has become a vital part of our organization and our presence in communities across the country.
Our Ambassadors help carry the Mission 22 message into their own communities through outreach, events, fundraising, advocacy, and connection. They help veterans and families discover the resources and community available to them while continuing to raise awareness about the challenges veterans face.
🇺🇸 MEMORIALS
Mission 22 is also committed to remembering and honoring veterans we have lost.
Our memorials create lasting spaces to honor their service and sacrifice while giving families, fellow veterans, and communities a place to remember and reflect.
Because their stories matter.
Their service matters.
And they should never be forgotten.
💙 THE MISSION CONTINUES
Today, Mission 22 is more than a treatment program. It is a community—one made up of veterans, spouses, families, Ambassadors, supporters, and people who believe that those who served deserve support long after their service ends.
From treatment and family support to community connection and memorials, every part of Mission 22 exists for the same reason:
To serve those who served. 🇺🇸
