Raise money for Right to Know
Too many young women are growing up without a clear understanding of their bodies—or the truth of who they are. What started as honest conversations among friends about cycles, symptoms, hormones, and unanswered questions soon revealed a much greater need. Like our founder, Myah, many women had spent years believing that pain was normal and that confusion about their bodies was simply something they had to endure.
Out of that need, Right to Know was born. We began creating approachable, hopeful, and deeply human spaces where young women could learn the foundations of body literacy. As more girls, mothers, mentors, and schools asked for these conversations, the mission grew.
Today, Right to Know is about more than health education. It is about healing identities, restoring each girl’s sense of dignity and purpose, and reminding her that her body is worthy of understanding and care. Through this marathon, we are raising support to bring this work to girls in foster care and transitional homes—young women who especially deserve trusted mentors, truthful education, and a community that helps them recognize their inherent worth.
