My Story…
This will be my first ever half marathon, and I couldn’t be more excited to run it! It’s exactly the push I need to keep going on my fitness and health journey — and something amazing to work toward.
I’m dedicating this run to my mom and dad, who both passed away within a year of each other from cancer. BC Cancer was there for my mom and our family during the hardest moments — the doctors, nurses, and staff turned an incredibly difficult situation into something bearable. I’ll never be able to thank them enough for the care we received.
If you or someone you love has been touched by cancer, you know how hard that road is. Every donation, no matter the size, makes a real difference for families going through it — and I’m grateful for whatever you’re able to give. The more support I receive, the harder I’ll run in my parents’ honor.
